Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, email or social media.

New patients and patients attending with a new condition should book an Initial Assessment. Patients returning after more than six months may also require a new assessment appointment.

  1. Deposit Policy

A £20 deposit is required when booking online. The deposit is held on account and refunded at the final appointment of your treatment programme.

The deposit may be forfeited if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the patient fails to attend.

  1. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (DNA) may be charged at the full appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined.

  1. Payment

Payment is due at the end of each appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers.

Invoices can be provided on request. Patients wishing to claim treatment costs through a private medical insurance provider are responsible for submitting their own claim.

  1. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health, medical history and current symptoms.

To achieve the best possible outcomes, patients are encouraged to follow advice, exercise programmes and rehabilitation plans provided during treatment.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal and medical information is treated confidentially and stored in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Information will only be shared with third parties when required by law or when written patient consent has been provided.

A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on request.
