Deposit / CanceLlation Fee

A £20 deposit / cancellation fee is required for all new patients.

Information

  • All patients must be 15 years old or over.
  • The £20 deposit is paid only once when booking online for the first time.
  • Future appointments are normally arranged in the clinic as treatment progresses.
  • The deposit remains on the account throughout treatment.
  • The deposit is refunded at the final appointment.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
  • Failure to provide 24 hours notice results in the loss of the deposit.
