The £20 deposit/cancellation fee paid during booking will remain in the system until the final scheduled treatment (if any). This deposit will be deducted from the total payment. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
